Suzanne Pearlman, M.S. Nutrition
Suzanne’s relationship with nutrition goes back many years. Her personal experiences with food taught her from a young age that she can feel better by making small changes in the quality of food consumed. She learned firsthand how various foods can help or hinder an individual’s health. While raising her daughters’ some of the benefits her family received include; overall reduction in food allergies, healthier digestive tracts, stronger immune systems and a greater resistance to disease.

As an athlete and gymnastics coach for more than 30 years, Suzanne encourages healthier nutritious choices as a way to optimize performance. She also worked for 10 years in a Naturopathic clinic where she trained as a Health Coach and worked integrally with the doctors, to provide nutrition education and support to clients.

These experiences over the years only strengthened Suzanne’s desire to pursue a formal education.  She wanted to acquire a more thorough understanding of the science between food and its impact on the body.  She initially earned an Associates Degree, which from there catapulted her into the Nutrition program at the University of NH (UNH).  While at UNH she earned both, a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Science Degree in Nutrition. Suzanne is currently an adjunct professor at NHTI- Concord’s Community College, where she teaches Human Biology and Personal Nutrition. She also teaches nutrition classes to the public and works with clients by appointment at her office in Dover, NH.
